E-coat

Process of applying paint to metal elements by immersion method, using the phenomenon of electrophoresis. It is a phenomenon of separation of a mixture of chemicals using an electric field. The painted object is dipped in the paint and connected to the electrode. Paint particles settle on the surface of the painted object. The advantage of this process is the ability to evenly distribute the paint on the detail, ensuring coverage of hard-to-reach places and obtaining coatings of equal thickness and mechanical resistance.
