The Byków 1 paintshop  provides wet (hydrodynamic) painting services with water-based and solvent-based paints. We use environmentally friendly water-based systems. Our care for the environment is confirmed by the ISO 14001 certificate.

This paintshop also specializes in decorative painting of large-size elements, such as: frames of buses, rail vehicles and semi-trailers. We also implement projects for the offshare market, including painting elements of wind turbines. We also provide services according to the requirements of NORSOK M-501. The high standards of the processes carried out at the Byków 1 paintshop are confirmed not only by the ISO 9001 certificate, but also by the internal Frosio inspector .

The Byków 1 paintshop also provides surface preparation services. Shot blasting is performed with both cast steel and non-ferrous metals such as corundum, mainly in the case of stainless or galvanized steel components. At the client’s request, we are able to organize services accompanying painting, both in the process of surface preparation (filling) and supporting final processes, such as: specialist packaging or direct shipments to end customers.

The Byków 1 paintshop also implements projects using Blygold technology, of which Alucrom is the only official representative in Poland.
